Back from Katsucon! Had a blast with my cosplays and friends, as usual. Went down to the Peeps store and took a few pictures. I’m really proud of how this cosplay turned out.

Decisions made in bed

Im going to attempt to make Carol’s helmet for Katsucon. Its such a strange design, but i think my normal way of making armor out of foam juuuust might work.

My Cosplay year in review.

It honestly was the best year I’ve ever had—I made such amazing friends, and was so lucky to gain the opportunities I did over the past year. I don’t think I’ll ever have a con experience as amazing as NYCC ever again (Thank you MTV, Alex Zalben (Who I can call an awesome friend, now), Marvel, and Judy Stephens.)

Thanks to who has helped me with my costumes, or made them for me (Laura, Kristina), and all the wonderful photographers along the way.

I can honestly say that the cosplay and comic-con community, in general, despite all the issues it’s had in the past year, has been one of the most warm and welcoming places. I really had an amazing year, and it’s all due to people I met through this medium.

I love you guys, I really really do.
